Berlin-Tiergarten. To expand our own portfolio, we are constantly looking for properties to purchase
ourselves. For 2021, further real estate purchases are planned.

We are looking for apartments and apartment packages to expand our portfolio. We buy apartments in order to renovate them in cooperation with the construction company of our company group. The renovation process is carried out by, among others, the construction company IF Berlin Bau GmbH in cooperation with the planning office of our company group.

- preferably individual apartments; but also residential/apartment packages up to 500 m²
- rented and vacant apartments
- renovated or not renovated apartments
- we especially buy condominiums with difficult tenancy agreements

- all locations in Berlin
- directly surrounding areas (10km radius)
