The renovation process will be directed in cooperation with our partners, the construction company IF Berlin Bau GmbH and the planning office DesignPlan Berlin.

- directly surrounding areas in Brandenburg (20km Radius)
- Multifamily buildings, which are renovated or are in need for renovation
- Rented or vacant
- preferably with further development potential such as the option to expand the attic and further building potential on the property
